Data processing terms
No data processing addendum is currently offered through self-service checkout. This page is informational only and creates no contract or processing commitment.
Current self-service position
For ordinary account, entitlement, security, support, and purchase-administration data, Provenance Data Research LLC expects to act as an independent controller for the purposes described in the final Privacy Notice. The merchant of record will act separately under its own notice for payment, tax, and invoicing data.
Enterprise requests
An enterprise customer that requires processor terms may contact privacy@provenancedatahub.com before purchasing. A DPA becomes effective only when both parties sign a completed agreement that identifies the actual controller and processor roles, documented instructions, data and data-subject categories, duration, security measures, approved subprocessors, international-transfer mechanism, assistance, incident notice, deletion or return, and compliance evidence. No website text or self-service order substitutes for that signed agreement.
