What each price buys

Paid web access is a subscription to the current release: browse every country, state and city, filter by operator, search by name, and open any facility for its full record with the source link and reading date behind every value. Browsing and searching are unmetered; opening full records is bounded at 100 a day and 600 per rolling 30 days, and it carries no bulk export.

The complete CSV is a one-time purchase of one release. It is the whole catalogue rather than a metered view of it: every facility, every published attribute, and the source link and reading date beside each value as columns you can sort and filter on. Its internal-use licence is perpetual and does not expire when a subscription does. A release you have bought is never changed afterwards — corrections arrive as the next release, so the file you hold stays reproducible.

Buying carries little risk of surprise: paid web access has a 24-hour refund window decided by fixed published rules, and the file you download is exactly the file we published — a delivery that arrives damaged is replaced or refunded. What changes each month is published in the release notes.
